Rental rates are as follows:
Week (minimum stay/charge): €950
2 Weeks: €1600
3 Weeks: €2100
1 Month: €2700
Partial weeks/months will be prorated.
Renters are responsible for electric and phone charges incurred during their stay. These charges will be billed subsequent to each stay, upon receipt of invoices.
In addition to the rental fee, a security deposit may be required.
